It does a good job overall, however, why give this extension access to all of your personal data when you can use Chrome's own "delete browsing date" trash can icon on the top right of your browser.

So, the website asked me to disable my ad blocker. When I did that, the first ad I got said, "Click here to continue". That ad lead to a straight-up tech support scam with "Access to this system is blocked for security reasons." If you don't want to be bombarded with ads, I recommend finding a different extension.

Extremely helpful and even though the reminders were a bit too much, it was good to force me to keep up to keeping it clean and deleting files and cookies as we don't realize how much we go through in just a few hours... Complete garbage. Keeps popping up messages about my browser not being updated when it is. Spamware. Go to their website hotcleaner.com and their help chatbot asks for money up front. No wonder Luigi Mangiones are popping up in this world.

This is far the better way to stay secure. It's really great and really handy for little things like when I have to clear my history, and even for the big stuff, like clearing my cache and cookies. Great and easy to use. Thank you!!

This extension seems to be very suspicious. Removing

this is a gr8 extension, but the only issue i have is with that small sidebar on left side. it’s quite irritating, and i often end up clicking on it by mistake :( i’ll gladly change my rating to 5 stars once it is removed :)

I have been looking for a replacement for Close & Clean and ran across your extension after testing about half a dozen. I'm pretty happy with it with one exception. I have it in Vivaldi which is based on Chrome and I keep getting to every so often to update Chrome. Can you address this issue please?

Closing a window wipes out the history associated with it automatically, so you don't have to worry about securely closing anymore, Click&Clean makes it automatic. No more having to worry about saved credit card numbers. Brilliant app, highly recommend it!

just pushes you to download other plugins, fail

Best extension I've found for history, cache, and cookie management. Makes it easy to delete all of previous info, but importantly also separate info you want to save so that it will not get removed with your routine cleanings. Outstanding in all respects. Was great then all of the sudden Click and clean POP ups just appeared telling me my chrome is out of date and to download this or that. I update my chrome weekly.... I don't know what they did but I can't deal with it anymore.. I deleted it and ANOTHER Pop up asking for donations...??

What is the way to add a website manually to the cookie whitelist? It just shows the subdomains of an url, I want to add the whole url :)
